Chitrocoat Model High School

Through Chitrocoat Model High School, we proudly support an extensive scholarship program dedicated to empowering underprivileged women and young girls, fostering education and opportunity for a brighter future.

Branching Out

We are dedicated to fostering biodiversity and conservation, enhancing the communities in which we operate. Our reforestation project spans 11 kilometers of roadway in Tangail district, where we have planted 20,000 saplings, including forest trees, medicinal plants, and endangered species. This initiative reflects our commitment to nurturing nature and preserving the ecological heritage for future generations.

Educating Under Privileged Children

Through the Rana Plaza Support Scheme, we provide monthly funding to operate a school, offering education to 300 underprivileged students. This initiative embodies our commitment to empowering future generations through learning and opportunity.

Rana Plaza Support Scheme

In partnership with BASS, we are committed to supporting the education and essential needs—up to graduate level—of 14 children from families affected by the Rana Plaza tragedy. This initiative reflects our dedication to helping these young lives rebuild with hope and opportunity.

IAL Supports Disabled People

Helping the Physically Challenged Persons to live a better life

  • 75 differently-abled workers have been recruited from CRP in the last two years.
  • Training costs are covered to equip them with essential skills.
  • Comprehensive training programs are provided for their success.
  • Ongoing welfare support is offered to aid their development.

Enhancing healthcare services for our workers while elevating their awareness and understanding of health issues is our commitment.

Insterstoff - Production Worker

Free Eye Care camp

A specialized health camp focusing on eye care and gynecological and obstetric services was conducted at our factory premises, benefiting a total of 165 workers—48 males and 117 females.

Blood Donation Camp

In 2016, we organized a free blood donation camp at our medical center, where over 75 generous individuals came forward to donate blood, embodying our spirit of community support and compassion.

Environment Projects

Every year, we conduct tree plantation programs across various regions of the country, fostering environmental stewardship and contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.

  • Well-furnished child care facility in the factory premises. Provide sanitary napkins with a subsidy price for female workers under a project named “Hallo” in collaboration with CARE and GSK.
  • Subsidized hepatitis vaccination for the workers.
  • Elected workers participation committee. Workers choose their representatives by-election.
  • We have started an education program for Illiterate workers and last year 150 workers were provided with this program.
  • One Ultrasound checkup bill amount paid to female workers during their pregnancy.
  • Interstoff has been actively involved in standing with the community/country during natural disasters like SIDR, and AILA. Interstoff also contributes in kind (clothes, blankets etc) during times of extreme weather. Interstoff has also lent a helping hand to the Rohingya refugees by helping them with clothes.
  • Grameen Shikha donation – A joint program with Tesco and Interstoff for scholarship to workers child higher education. Interstoff donated GBP 3395.00 to this program.
  • Interstoff provides breakfast to all office staff every day. This facility absolutely free of cost.
  • Interstoff Apparels Ltd. is bearing all costs to the North Bengal cricket academy like salary of the staffs, dresses for the players, logistics.
  • Every year cash TK 1.0 million (roughly) is provided to its worker as per per-need basis to cover their treatment cost.
  • We provide cash financial support to CRP to celebrate their Cultural program on different occasions.
  • The required machines are given to CRP for their training facilities, which will help underprivileged people develop their skills. Maintenance and technical support are also provided at the same time.
  • Interstoff donates cloth to Rohingya Refugees for their needs as a part of CSR activities.
  • Interstoff donated 0.5 Million BDT cash to Jahangirnagar University to develop their auditorium infrastructure at the drama dept.
  • Interstoff is also part of B1D1 (Buy 1 Donate 1) by Tesco. This is a school uniform distribution program in rural Bangladesh. We have contributed around USD 45000 in the last three years.
  • We have an afforestation project that covers 14 kilometers of road and comprises 10000 saplings at the factory’s surrounding area. Forest trees as well as medicinal plants and endangered species are the component of this project.
