The Female Supervisor Leadership Program is a four-month training program for female workers in sewing or quality departments at Interstoff. It provides both hard and soft skills training, with a skill development program for helpers. Successful completion leads to promotion as Supervisors, with Interstoff aiming to have 30% of its garment sewing lines led by Female Supervisors by 2025.
